Sweet Potato Green Bean Paste and Glutinous Rice Cake

Peel and cut sweet potatoes into large pieces and steam them.

Put the sweet potato into a puree in a fresh-keeping bag.

Put it in a container and add glutinous rice flour.

Gradually add water and knead it into a dough for a while.

Divide into uniform small doses.

Prepare the mung bean paste filling.

Tips:
Control the amount of water by yourself and add it gradually.
When frying, there is a distance between the cake and the cake to prevent mutual adhesion when turning.
