Glutinous rice crackers are a favorite delicacy.
Family members also like to eat sticky food, especially chewy glutinous rice food.
Today I made glutinous rice cakes with sweet potato and mung bean paste filling, which is very sweet.

Sweet Potato Green Bean Paste and Glutinous Rice Cake

1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into large pieces and steam them.

2. Put the sweet potato into a puree in a fresh-keeping bag.

3. Put it in a container and add glutinous rice flour.

4. Gradually add water and knead it into a dough for a while.

5. Divide into uniform small doses.

6. Prepare the mung bean paste filling.

7. Take a piece of dough, press it into a round piece by hand, and add the mung bean paste filling.

8. Slowly close your mouth, and finally squeeze your mouth to reunite.

9. All are done, then put in the sesame seeds and press to make the sesame sticks on the surface (not photographed)

10. I use an electric baking pan to fry the cake until golden brown on both sides.

Tips:

Control the amount of water by yourself and add it gradually.
When frying, there is a distance between the cake and the cake to prevent mutual adhesion when turning.
