Sweet Potato Hair Cake

Wash the sweet potatoes and peel them, steam for 20 minutes, and they can be pressed into a puree after they are fully steamed.

Sweet potatoes are mashed with sugar

For plain flour, mix it with yeast. After the mashed sweet potato cools, pour all the ingredients (except red, hawthorn balls and camellia oil) together, stir and knead the dough

Put it in the steamer and cover the lid. Turn on the fire for one minute and turn off the fire as soon as the pot is warm. Ferment for 50 minutes and wait quietly.

A layer of camellia oil, in order to release the mold later, you can brush a little more appropriately. Pour in the fermented dough, put hawthorn balls on top, and red dates to make a shape, steam it for 30 minutes and you can eat it out of the pot, I use a rice cooker to steam it directly
