Sweet Potato Health Pack

Peel the sweet potatoes.

Put the sweet potatoes in a fresh-keeping bag after being steamed.

The sweet potatoes were smashed into a puree.

Sweet potatoes and high-gluten flour (the ratio of sweet potato and high-gluten flour is 1:3) are mixed and live into a dough.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave it in a warm place for proofing.

Proof the dough until the dough doubles and the center becomes a honeycomb shape.

Sprinkle some soda noodles on the chopping board and hands (800g of flour puts 20g of soda noodles), dry flour and start kneading the noodles, the purpose is to expel the pores produced by fermentation. Rub the dough into long strips.

Pull the noodles into small dough pieces.

Knead the dough repeatedly to form a round steamed bun embryo, adding walnuts, black sesame seeds, and white sugar fillings. Put 1 liter of cold water in the steamer, spread wet gauze (to prevent the steamed buns from sticking to the pan), and put the embryos of the steamed buns. After the air is heated, turn the high heat to a low heat and steam for 30 minutes.
