Sweet Potato Huai Jujube Syrup

Prepare the materials.

Peel the sweet potatoes and yam, wash, and cut into pieces for later use.

Wash the red dates and put them into the pot together with the sweet potato, yam and 2 slices of ginger. Pour twice the amount of water. After boiling, switch to a low heat for about 30 minutes until the ingredients are soft enough.

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar to boil and serve.
Tips:
1. If you eat more red dates, you'd better eat them after removing the pits, because the pits of the dates are hot and you will get angry if you eat more.
