Sweet Potato Jam Bread

Add the raw materials (except 1 egg, sweet potato, jam) into the bread machine and stir to ferment.

Add the steamed sweet potatoes to the jam and mix well.
3.
Take the dough and wrap it in sweet potato jam and ferment to 2 times its size.
4.
Brush the egg liquid (beat up the remaining eggs).
5.
Enter the preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes.
6.
Out of the oven!
