Sweet Potato Meatballs

After the sweet potato is steamed, pound it into a puree shape, add white sugar and egg yolk in turn, stir evenly, add self-raising powder and knead into a dough. If it is too hard, add a small amount of water.

The kneaded dough is divided into small doses and knead it by hand (you can dip some oil on your hands if you stick your hands during kneading), put the oil in the pan and heat it directly into the pan and fry it until golden brown. Make a small fire in the process
