Sweet Potato Rock Sugar and Red Lotus Seed

Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces for later use.

Boil water in a rice cooker, add lotus seeds, and cook for 20 minutes until cooked.

Pick up; wash the red skin and drain the water for later use.

Add the sweet potatoes to cold water and cook for 10 minutes until they are half cooked.

Pour in the lotus seeds and cook for 15 minutes.

Add sweet potato and lotus seeds to rock sugar, cook for 5 minutes; cook and serve in a bowl.
Tips:
1. Sweet potatoes must be steamed and cooked thoroughly. One is difficult to digest; the other is discomfort.
2. You can eat more sweet potatoes in autumn to prevent autumn dryness, but don't eat too much.
3. People with a lot of stomach acid should not eat sweet potatoes.
4. People with deficiency of spleen and stomach should not eat sweet potatoes raw.
