Sweet Potato Soda Crackers

Red-skinned and yellow-hearted sweet potatoes, peeled, steamed and pressed into puree

Mix flour, sweet potato mash, yeast, salt, baking soda, rice bran oil, white sesame seeds, and milk to form a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes
