Sweet Potato Soup

Prepare the materials

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces. Put 2 bowls of water in a pot and boil over high heat. When the water is boiled, turn to medium heat. The sweet potatoes are soft and rotten for about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove them for later use.

About half a bowl of water is left in the pot, add glutinous rice flour and turn to low heat, stir clockwise with a mixer until there are no particles, turn off the heat and set aside

Turn on medium heat, add sweet potato puree to the pot and stir evenly. After the soup is boiling, add sugar to taste, add the amount of sugar according to your own appetite, adjust the taste and turn off the heat.
Tips:
This thick soup can be used as a supplement for children, and it is also my favorite one. Today's amount is enough for children 2 to 3 times, which is almost a day's amount. If you are an adult, you can drink it in one go, which looks like half a bowl. Recently it was the time when sweet potatoes were unearthed. I like to use seasonal vegetables as raw materials, which is easy to learn and affordable.
