Sweet Potato Syrup

Peel and wash the sweet potatoes, cut into hob pieces

Ginger peeled, washed and sliced

Pour sweet potatoes into the pot
4.
Add ginger slices
5.
Pour proper amount of water into the pot (depending on personal situation)

Cover the pot and boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat and boil for 7 or 8 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of white sugar according to personal taste (rock sugar or brown sugar can also be added)
Tips:
1. Sweet potatoes are easier to cook, so boil for 7 or 8 minutes after boiling. Do not cook for too long, so as not to affect the taste of sweet potatoes;
2. The amount of sugar can be determined according to personal preference, it is recommended not to put too much, white sugar can be replaced with rock sugar or brown sugar.
