Sweet Potato Syrup

1. Put the sweet potato in the water to wash away the silt.

2. Use a peeler to peel off the skin of the washed sweet potatoes.

3. Wash the peeled sweet potatoes with clean water.

4. Put the washed sweet potatoes on the board and cut them into small pieces with a knife.

5. Put the cut sweet potatoes in a pot, add appropriate amount of water and brown sugar and cook them over a medium-to-low heat.
