Sweet Potato Taro Pie

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the sweet potatoes and taro, peel them, slice them, and cook them in the microwave. The cooked sweet potatoes are pressed into a puree.

3. Add black sesame seeds and honey to the mashed taro to form a filling.

4. Pour the mashed sweet potato into the glutinous rice flour and mix well.

5. Make a smooth dough.

6. Pinch the sweet potato noodles into skins and wrap them with taro paste.

7. Roll with sesame seeds and make small cakes.

8. Put it in a frying pan and fry on low heat.

9. Fry until golden on both sides and ready to cook.
