I wanted to eat Wowotou when I was young, but my grandma made it for me. Now I am drifting away, thinking about my grandma's Wowotou!

Sweet Potato Yewowotou

1. Wash the sweet potato leaves and let them dry. Finely chop, add salt and oyster sauce! Stir well!

2. Slowly add flour, so that every leaf is covered with flour!

3. Add a small amount of crushed corn or cornmeal! Stir well!

4. Because the sweet potato leaves produce water, you can keep adding flour to knead the dough!

5. Divide into small doughs of even size and knead them into a wowotou with a depression at the bottom!

6. Steam on high heat for 25 ---- 30 minutes!

7. Add salty and light according to personal taste, simple and quick! If you think the color is not good, don't cut it too much, don't knead it too hard! I knead out all the sweet potato leaf juice!
