Sweet Raisins, Jujube and Palm Seeds
1.
Prepare the ingredients and soak the glutinous rice for about 2 hours to dry.
2.
Stir glutinous rice with sugar (you can also do without sugar). The raisins and dates are soaked in warm water, and the dates are pitted.
3.
Wash the zong leaves and cut off the tail, because you think the tail is too long, this depends on the appearance of the leaves.
4.
Because the zong leaves are relatively small, I used 2 stacked, which is relatively large.
5.
Put glutinous rice (pre-mixed in raisins) with pitted dates, spread a layer of glutinous rice on the surface, and wrap it.
6.
Wrap it with thread and finish. Put it in a rice cooker, add water just after the rice dumplings, and simmer for a while after standard cooking.
Tips:
If the rice is not soaked for a long time, do not tie the string tightly when wrapping it, otherwise the zongzi will be too hard and affect the taste.
