Sweet Rice Cake
1.
Materials are ready (Brown sugar is not photographed)
2.
Cut the rice cake into pieces
3.
Take a small casserole, put in three bowls of water (I have one bowl per person), and put the red dates into the boiling water.
4.
Put in brown sugar
5.
Boil the red dates for a while
6.
Put the dried longan into a casserole after removing the core.
7.
Put in the rice cake slices. Give it a stir to avoid sticking to the pan.
8.
Simmer over low heat until the rice cake becomes soft and sweet, and boil the dried longan into balls
9.
Finally, pour the wolfberry (the wolfberry has been rinsed with water) to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. I like to remove the core of longan by itself, so it is more nutritious. It’s also very convenient to go nuclear while watching TV.
2. Although the red dates I bought are small, they are quite sweet.
3. Chinese wolfberry is not suitable for cooking for a long time. So put it last.
4. If the brown sugar is not sweet enough, you can add a little sugar in it.
5. If you like, you can add a little ginger and smash it to make it warmer in winter
