Tips:
1. Glutinous rice must be soaked for 12 hours before it can be done!
2. The gauze used for steaming glutinous rice should be cleaned to ensure that it is oil-free.
3. The steamed glutinous rice is hard but cooked. Don't choose to cook in a rice cooker, because the brewed fermented rice will be too soft.
4. When fermenting dessert wine, put the dessert wine container into the foam box, close the lid tightly, and it will be ready in 32 hours. Of course, depending on the room temperature, the fermentation time will be shortened in hot weather.
5. The prepared sweet fermented rice can be stored in refrigeration for 1 month.
