Sweet-scented Osmanthus Cold Cake

Wash and soak the glutinous rice in advance.

Steamed glutinous rice.

Mix black sesame seeds with white sugar and sweet-scented osmanthus sugar.

Put the glutinous rice in the plate and press it with a spatula. (It won't touch the shovel with a little bit of boiling water)
5.
Sprinkle with sesame sugar evenly.
6.
Spread another layer of glutinous rice on top of sesame sugar, and press it firmly.
7.
Let the purple sweet potato cake cool down and cut it into pieces with a knife. (Wipe some water on the knife and it won't stick)
8.
Serve and enjoy.
