Sweet-scented Osmanthus Fermented Rice

The glutinous rice is washed and soaked for an hour, and the rice is cooked. Microwave or rice cooker will work

After the rice is cooked, wait for it to cool, prepare a cup of cold water, mix half a pack of sweet wine powder, and add it to the cooled rice.

Place the mixed rice in an airtight container. Leave a space in the middle. (These steps are the same as other methods.) Then place the container in a tropical fish tank and float on the water to keep it warm and ferment. Enjoy it in 48-60 hours!
