Sweet-scented Osmanthus Yuanzi Guiling Paste

Preparation materials

Add glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour together with an appropriate amount of water, mix into a dough, and divide into small doses of balls

Take a pot of water and cook the glutinous rice balls

Soak the cooked yuanzi in cold boiled water

Cut the iced Guiling paste into small pieces and serve in a bowl

Pour in the cold soaked balls, sprinkle dried osmanthus, pour honey and mix evenly before serving

Guiling jelly is pre-made and frozen in the refrigerator
