Sweet Shrimp and Pineapple Rice

Peel the peas, cut the carrots into cubes, and boil them with water;

Cut the pineapple in half and use half of it. Dig out the pulp, make the pineapple into a bowl, and soak the dug out pulp in salt water;

Shell the sweet shrimp, and dice the pineapple pulp after soaking;

Beat eggs

Heat oil in a pot, add eggs and stir-fry before serving;

Add sweet shrimp and stir fry for tens of seconds;

Add peas and carrots and stir fry;

Add diced pineapple and stir fry;

Add eggs and stir fry;

Add a bowl of hot rice and fry until the grains are separated;

Add salt and black pepper and stir fry evenly;
12.
Pour into a pineapple bowl and finish.
