Sweet Shrimp and Pineapple Rice

1. Peel the peas, cut the carrots into cubes, and boil them with water;

2. Cut the pineapple in half and use half of it. Dig out the pulp, make the pineapple into a bowl, and soak the dug out pulp in salt water;

3. Shell the sweet shrimp, and dice the pineapple pulp after soaking;

4. Beat eggs
