Sweet Soup with Papaya, Barley, Red Dates

Prepare the materials;

After the barley is cleaned, soak it in water for 1 hour in advance;

Put the barley and red dates in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 1 hour;

Peel and seed the papaya and cut into small pieces;

After 1 hour, add papaya and bring to a boil over medium heat;

After boiling, add the wolfberry and rock sugar, simmer for 15 minutes.
Tips:
The wolfberry is put in the last place because the nutrition will be lost if it is cooked for too long.
