Sweet Spring---cocktail Shrimp

Defrost the shrimp, marinate with corn oil and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Put the shrimps in boiling water and blanch them until cooked.

Pick up the shrimps and use kitchen paper to soak up the moisture.

Cut the avocado in half. (Retain the skin for use.)

Peel and core the avocado, cut into small cubes, squeeze in lemon juice and mix well.

Put cranberries in a bowl.

Add avocado and shrimps.

Pour in tomato sauce and hot sauce.
9.
Just mix the ingredients well.

Refreshing and delicious.
Tips:
1. You can buy cooked shrimps for shrimps, but no matter what kind of shrimps you use, you must absorb the water.
2. After peeling the avocado, it is easy to oxidize and turn black. Stir in lemon juice to keep the original color.
3. Western-style chili sauce (Tabasco) has a unique taste and is one of the common seasonings in western food. If it does not, give up its spicy taste and cannot replace it with Chinese-style chili sauce.
