Sweet Wine Boiled Eggs

Put the sweet fermented rice and water in a small pot.

Open the lid, bring the fermented rice to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Knock the quail eggs into the boiled fermented fermented rice, wait for the egg liquid to solidify and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1) Open the lid and cook to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
2) If the sweetness of the fermented rice is strong, no additional sugar is needed.
3) The quail can be replaced with eggs, or it can be beaten and put in a pot for cooking.
