Sweet Yellow Rice Lotus Root

Wash the yellow rice and soak it in water for 2 hours

Wash the lotus root and peel it off, be sure to choose a lotus root with good sealing at both ends

Cut off one end of the lotus root and use it as a lid for a while.

Then use chopsticks to help fill the hole of the lotus root with rhubarb rice

Then cover the cut part and tie it with a toothpick

Put water and brown sugar into the inner pot of electric pressure cooker

Use optional holding pressure for 30 minutes

Let it cool and slice it, put it on a plate and pour honey on it
