1. Poke a small hole in the round end of the egg. I drilled the hole with pointed scissors.

2. Add 1tbsp of vinegar to boiling water.

3. Gently add the egg and cook for 6 to 6 and a half minutes on medium heat. Try it once or twice according to the size of the egg.

4. Remove and soak in cold water for six minutes.

5. Place the egg in cold water and gently peel off the shell.

6. Prepare a pot of old stew, add eggs, soak for about 1 day and eat.
