Continue to knead the dough to the complete stage, take out the plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature, and ferment to 1.5 to twice as large. Dip your fingers with flour. The dough does not shrink and the fermentation is complete.

The fermented dough is taken out, squeezed and exhausted, divided into 6 equal parts, rounded, covered with plastic wrap and proofed at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Take out a dough, roll it into a small round cake, put an appropriate amount of jam, don't be greedy to put too much, it will easily flow out after cutting, the amount in the picture is a little too much, and a little less is better!
note! ! ! Try to use thick jam, otherwise it will become liquid when heated! (Especially the jam made by yourself, it may not be sticky enough)

Tips:
