Swirl Cake

Four eggs, separated from egg white and yolk.

Add corn oil, milk, 5 grams of sugar, 10 grams of cocoa powder and 70 grams of low powder to the egg yolk.

Mix well and make no particles.

Add 30 grams of sugar to the egg white three times.

Use an electric whisk to beat.

The whisk can be lifted with small sharp corners.

Take one-third of the beaten egg white and put it in the egg yolk paste and stir evenly.

Pour the cake batter into the pan, preheat the oven in advance and bake at 150° for 20 minutes.
