Sydney Bird's Nest with Lotus Seeds
1.
Take out a bird's nest and soak it in warm water for 4-5 hours.
2.
Wash a pear, peel and cut into pieces
3.
Put the lotus seeds (dry) in a container and add a little water to submerge the lotus seeds in a microwave oven, heat them on high heat for two minutes, and take them out later. The lotus seeds become soft!
4.
Put the Sydney lotus seeds (you can put them according to your taste at will) into the stewing pot.
5.
Put the bird's nest which has been torn into strips and put it in the stewing pot and add pure water.
6.
Add a little rock sugar.
7.
Put it in a pot and simmer in water, so that the water covers the waist. Bring to a boil for ten minutes on high heat and simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.
