Sydney Chestnut Syrup

Prepare the materials

Cook the chestnuts for a few minutes
3.
Peel the chestnuts after fishing out; wash the figs
4.
Sydney peeled, cored and diced

Add about 1500ml of water to the pot, add figs and chestnuts
6.
Pour in Sydney, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes
7.
Finally, add in sugar and stir to melt before drinking
