Sydney Hawthorn Glutinous Rice Porridge

Put water in the pot and add the peeled, cored Sydney pear cubes.

Wash the glutinous rice and set aside.

Bring Sydney water to a boil, add glutinous rice to a low heat and cook until the glutinous rice is soft and rotten.
