Sydney Horseshoe Barley Syrup
1.
Prepare the ingredients (when I bought the horseshoe, I bought ready-made skinned ones)
2.
Soak the barley in water for 2 hours in advance.
3.
Peel and cut the Sydney pear and horseshoe into small pieces and set aside.
4.
Put Sydney, horseshoe and barley together in a pot, add cold water to a boil over medium heat, turn to low heat and simmer for another 30 minutes.
5.
If you like dessert, you can add a little rock candy.
Tips:
1. Can add osmanthus to add flavor.
2. Water chestnuts are not suitable for people with cold nature and spleen and stomach deficiency.
3. You can not eat more Sydney, it hurts the spleen and stomach easily.
