Soak the bird's nest with water and tear it into strips. I start soaking it at night before going to bed, and I can simmer it the next morning, about six or seven hours.

Wash Sydney and peel, cut into small pieces, wash and peel fresh lily into one leaf.

Put the Sydney pear and bird's nest together in the stewing pot and simmer for 20 minutes.

Open the lid after 20 minutes, add fresh lily, and simmer for another 20 minutes.

After being out of the pot, just add honey while eating. The top few wolfberries are just for decoration and photography.
