Sydney Ophiopogon Reed Root Drink

Ingredients: 2 Sydney pears, 10 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus, 10 grams of fresh reed root

Soak dried reed root in water for half an hour. Dice pear, add Ophiopogon japonicus and reed root and cook for 20 minutes.

The more the soup is boiled, the sweeter it gets.
