Sydney Papaya Sweet Soup
1.
Prepared Sydney and papaya, I was a three-person quantity, and only used half a papaya and a papaya
2.
Cut Sydney pear into cubes. Any size.
3.
Put three bowls of water in the casserole, bring to a boil, and put the pear cubes in it.
4.
I used the skill of cooking Sydney to prepare the papaya, peeled and seeded and cut into small pieces. I also dug a few small balls
5.
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
6.
After the Sydney is cooked until it becomes transparent, add papaya cubes
7.
Do not boil the papaya for a long time, just cook for 2-3 minutes after it is boiled.
8.
Sheng out, it feels watery.
Tips:
1. If Sydney is cut with an ordinary knife, it is easy to change color, you can add some salt and water. The ceramic knife I use will not change color.
2. In addition to peeling and seeding the papaya, there is also a layer of yellow adherent inside, which should be removed, otherwise the soup will not be clear.
3. I use it for breakfast, and the amount can be added or subtracted according to my preference.
