In the past, pear water was always boiled with sour pears, which was very moisturizing. Especially in the cold autumn and winter seasons, I cook a pot almost every day and drink pear water with water. The effect is very good. My family members rarely suffer from health problems. This time I used Sydney to boil the pear water. This rock sugar Sydney water has a very good taste and remarkable effect.

Sydney Rock Sugar Water

1. Sydney wash up

2. Cut into hob blocks. Pear skin and core are preserved

3. Put the Sydney pear in an electric skillet, add water, turn on the power and switch to automatic cooking

4. Boil until the water changes color, add dried longan and cook together

5. Boil with rock sugar

6. Finally add wolfberry and power off

7. Stir well and serve

Tips:

1. The time to boil pear water depends on the amount of pear water.
2. The amount of rock sugar depends on the individual's sweetness requirements.
3. The longan is dry and sweet. If the dried longan is added, less rock sugar should be added.
