Sydney Steamed Egg

Prepare the required ingredients, the steps are as follows: remove the pears, dig holes, and cover for use. Add a little warm water to the egg mixture and mix well. Pour the egg liquid into the pears, the egg liquid should not exceed two-thirds of the pear (too much egg liquid will overflow when steaming), and add a few raisins to garnish. Cover the pears, fix the top with three or two toothpicks (to prevent the egg from overflowing), put them in a pot, and steam them in boiling water over medium heat for 20 minutes.
