Sydney Stewed with Rock Sugar
1.
Prepare the ingredients
2.
Use a knife and a small spoon to dig out the core of the Sydney pear
3.
This is the Sydney I dug
4.
Stuff 20 grams of rock sugar into Sydney
5.
Put the Sydney pears in the small stew pot. Prepare a bowl of drinking water, fill Sydney with drinking water, and pour the rest of the water out of Sydney. In the same way, deal with the second Sydney
6.
Then pour clean water into the small stewing pot, and soak the water line to one-third of the stewing pot.
7.
Cover the outer cover, choose quick stew, and adjust the time to 2 hours (when I took the photo, I pressed it for 1 hour, and then changed to 2 hours)
8.
2 hours later, the Sydney pears are ready to stew
Tips:
Sydney is sour, so you need to dig it out before stewing. Method: First use a knife to cut off the top, and then use a small spoon (note that it must be small to dig it, small spoons are easy to circle, talk of experience) slowly dig out the pear core. It usually takes 4 hours to simmer things, but Sydney simmers for 2 hours.
