Symphony Steamed Egg

Dice carrots and preserved eggs.
2.
Separate the egg whites and yolks for later use.
3.
Take a steaming bowl, pour radish cubes and preserved egg cubes, then pour the egg whites.
4.
Put it in a steamer and steam on high heat for about 10 minutes.
5.
Then pour in the egg mixture and continue to steam for about 5 minutes.
