Taiwan Taro Balls-sweet

Wash the sweet potatoes and cut a few portions in the middle to make it easy to cook

Boil the water, and steam the sweet potatoes and purple potatoes thoroughly.

When steaming the sweet potatoes, boil the red beans together. Soak the red beans in water in advance, add water and fine sugar, and then turn to a slow heat to simmer. I didn't soak in this step. It was a waste of time.

The steamed sweet potatoes and purple sweet potatoes are put into two plates respectively, and the fine sugar is added while they are hot.

Crush it with a spoon while it's hot.

Add an appropriate amount of cassava flour and stir evenly with your hands. The amount used by each person is different. It is difficult to explain. Just add more if it is wet.

Knead it into sweet potato balls, knead it into long strips, cut into small portions, boil a pot of water, and add the sweet potatoes first.

Use a spatula to shovel the bottom to prevent sticking. When all the sweet potatoes are rolled on top for 2 minutes, it will be fine.

Pick up the sweet potatoes and immediately soak them in a plate of cold drinkable water. Wait and be flexible

Pack the cooked sweet potatoes and purple potatoes separately, then pour the milk, coconut milk and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk in a milk pan. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat immediately. Put red beans, ice cream, fruits, etc. cold
