Taiwanese Sesame Oil Chicken

Wash the ginger and cut into thick slices!

Wash the local chicken and cut into pieces for spare!

Heat the pan with cool oil and stir-fry the ginger slices until slightly yellow!

Add chicken nuggets and stir fry!

Stir-fry until the chicken nuggets have their own moisture and dry, pour two bottles of rice wine!

When it is boiled, turn it into a casserole and simmer slowly.

After about 90 minutes, add salt to taste and you are ready to eat!
