Taji Pot Hand-candied Vegetables & Salted Razor Clams

Soak the razor clams in salt water, let them spit out the mud and sand, scrub them clean, use a knife to cut the back to make the water flow out, about 5 minutes, the water will drain.

Put sea salt, rice pepper, and basil leaves in a Taji pot, sauté over medium heat until the salt is slightly yellow and turn off the heat.
