Newly defeated a Taji pot, this guy with a high cap is breathable and impermeable. The triangular cone can minimize water loss and keep the original flavor and nutrition of the ingredients. A handful of coarse salt and a few razor clams of the season can make a pot of delicious food.

Ingredients

Taji Pot Hand-candied Vegetables & Salted Razor Clams

1. Soak the razor clams in salt water, let them spit out the mud and sand, scrub them clean, use a knife to cut the back to make the water flow out, about 5 minutes, the water will drain.

2. Put sea salt, rice pepper, and basil leaves in a Taji pot, sauté over medium heat until the salt is slightly yellow and turn off the heat.

3. The razor razor heads up and puts it into the pot.

4. Put on the "high hat" and turn off the fire for about 2 minutes. Don't uncover it, let it bake.

5. Open the lid and enjoy. Super simple and super delicious.
