Tamagoyaki
1.
Prepare the ingredients. The ingredients can be matched at will. The milk in the tamagoyaki can also be replaced with water or broth.
2.
The grilled sausage is chopped up, and the grilled sausage has a salty and light taste, so I did not add salt to the egg mixture.
3.
Beat the eggs, add milk, pepper, and chopped sausage, and stir in one direction.
4.
I use a tamagoyaki flat-bottomed frying pan. The advantage is that it can be shaped directly, instead of using a frying pan directly. Brush the oil on the bottom of the pan. When it is not at the hottest point, add half of the egg mixture and fry on low heat.
5.
Before the egg is almost cooked, put a few lettuce leaves and a piece of cheese.
6.
Put a banana on and roll it up with chopsticks.
7.
This omelet is relatively thick. I took it out and fry another omelet. If you don’t use bananas, the omelet is very small. Just put it on the side and fry another omelet.
8.
Repeat the previous steps to fry the second piece of omelet. Before the egg is almost cooked, put on the previous egg roll, roll it up with chopsticks and shovel, and set it a little bit.
9.
Cut into sections and plate.
Tips:
1. The milk in tamagoyaki can also be replaced with water or broth. The amount of ingredients is for reference only, the eggs have different sizes, and the amount of milk can be adjusted appropriately.
2. Add ingredients according to your favorite taste. Tomato sauce or salad dressing is also a good choice.
3. There are no special requirements for the frying pan. The yuzi-yaki frying pan is better, it is as easy to use as a pan, and a large spoon is fine.
