Prepare ingredients.

Add water to knead the dough, cover and relax for more than 20 minutes.

Peel and shred the cucumber, sprinkle with salt and let it stand for 10 minutes, then squeeze the water to dry.

The pork is cut into small pieces and ground into the Dongling meat grinder into a pork filling. This machine is very convenient for home use, with functions such as ground meat, vegetables, fruits, egg whites, and garlic peeling. And it is wireless during operation, which I particularly like.

Tips:
1. The amount of clean water for kneading is not fixed, it should be adjusted according to the water absorption of the flour.
