Jin Yan Guo Fruit Soup

Prepare the ingredients, two golden fruit, half an apple and a pear, wash and set aside, 2-4 sugar oranges

Wash the white fungus soaked hair with a proper amount of rock sugar

Remove the pedicles of the white fungus, tear them into small flowers, and cut them into pieces with a knife. Then put it in the pot, add some cold water and bring to a boil

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, cover the pot and cook for about 40 minutes, add rock sugar and cook until the white fungus soup is thick

While cooking the white fungus, it can process all kinds of fruits, such as peeling and dicing Jinyan fruit, dicing apple and pear, and peeling orange with sugar

When the white fungus soup is thick, add the diced fruits and stir well

Turn off the fire immediately
