Tangerine Peel and Mung Bean Syrup

Wash the mung beans and tangerine peels and soak them in warm water for 1 hour (take out the tangerine peels after half an hour). Pour out the water and freeze the mung beans in the freezer for 1 hour (this allows the mung beans to bloom quickly during the cooking process).

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot to boil, add tangerine peel and frozen mung beans and cook until blooming, pour in ice sugar and boil it.

It tastes better after refrigeration.
