Taro Ball Red Bean Soup

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes and purple potatoes, and steam them. Poke it with chopsticks, it means you are familiar with it.

Take out the sweet potato and purple potato and press them into puree separately

Add tapioca flour little by little, mix well

Put it in a bowl and add some tapioca flour so that it doesn’t stick together

Take the amount you want to eat, boil it in boiling water, add water twice in the middle, and the taro balls will float to indicate that they are cooked.

Take out the cooked taro balls and put them in cold water to make the taste more elastic

Finally, pour the taro balls into the red bean soup cooked beforehand. You can add some sugar according to your preference.
Tips:
1. Add enough cassava flour to make the taro balls elastic
2. After the taro balls are cooked, they must be over-cold water, iced water is better
