Taro Crisp

Prepare the ingredients;

Cut the butter into small pieces to soften, then sift into powdered sugar and stir evenly;

Whisk with an electric whisk until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger;

Beat the eggs into a bowl, beat them evenly and set aside;

Take 20g of egg liquid and pour it into the butter three times, and then pour the next egg liquid after beating evenly with a whisk each time;

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well;

Put the dough in the plastic wrap and shape it and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour;

Pour corn oil and natural forest fragrant taro fillings into a non-stick pan, stir fry on low heat until smooth and not sticky;

Roll out the refrigerated dough to a thickness according to your preference, and put in the cooled taro filling, as shown in the picture;

Roll it up and cut into small pieces, put them on the baking tray one by one, brush with the remaining egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds;

Put it in the preheated oven, the middle layer is 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. Be sure to use a non-stick pan when frying the fragrant taro fillings;
2. Put the dough in the refrigerator for better shaping;
3. When shaping the dough, spread a layer of plastic wrap to prevent sticking.
