Taro Hard Ice Cream

Prepare ingredients. Ice cream powder: milk: purified water=1:1:1.5

Add purified water to pure milk.

Stir gently, simmer on medium heat, and cook until the temperature is 50~60 degrees, then remove from heat.

Then pour the ice cream powder while it is hot and mix well.

Transfer the ice cream liquid to the whisk plate, start the whisk, and stir for 10 minutes.

Pause and let it emulsify for 15 minutes.

Stir for another 5 minutes, pause, and emulsify for 20 minutes. Stir for another 30 minutes.

Pour the stirred ice cream liquid into a container and freeze it overnight.

The next day, the ice cream is ready. Use a scooper to dig a few, and taste it well~ Add anything you like, I added dried cranberries to decorate~
Tips:
The ice cream taken out of the refrigerator is very hard and difficult to dig. Leave it for 2~3 minutes and melt a little, and it will be easier to dig!
