I moved to a new house,
As there is no convenient kitchen configuration,
I am often troubled by the question of what to eat.
Quick and delicious cuisine,
It has become more important to me.
Try to use simple ingredients to reduce lengthy operation steps,
But without sacrificing deliciousness.
Pasta is the first dish I want to recommend.
I personally like to eat pasta,
From the classic tomato sauce,
Creamy mushrooms, to seafood pasta...
I always refuse to come.
There are also many types of pasta,
It is also traditionally straight, flat, and curved,
Spiral or even butterfly, etc.
Personally, I still like to eat traditional straight,
So today I chose the angel face with a thinner face,
Further shorten the cooking time.
After all, we who have been busy all day,
I still hope to have dinner earlier~
Today I chose a pasta that I often make with ingredients and a relatively simple preparation method.
Pasta with beef tenderloin with black pepper.

bring it on! ~

Fried noodles! ~

Teach You to Fry Undefeated Pasta

1. Beef tenderloin cut into strips

2. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of starch,
Half a spoon of cooking wine, a little bit of fresh rice and freshly ground black pepper,
Mix well and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes

3. Shred the green pepper and onion,
Cut the green onion into sections, squeeze the garlic and set aside.

4. Add a tablespoon of salt to a large amount of water in the pot,
Bring the water to a boil.

5. After the water is boiled, add the pasta and cook until there is a small white core in the back of the pasta.

6. Scoop it up, let it run in cold water, and drain it for later use.

7. Put a little oil in the pot,
Add garlic and shredded onion and stir fragrant.

8. Add the marinated beef tenderloin and fry until the color changes

9. Add green pepper, then add a little black pepper,
1 tablespoon of black pepper sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce,

10. Add the drained pasta and stir-fry.

11. Finally, add the shallots and stir well.

12. Get up and serve fried noodles~

Tips:

PS

1. If you feel that the noodles are too dry when you stir-fry the noodles, you can properly add some water left over from the noodles;

2. After the pasta is drained, spray some oil on the pasta and mix well to prevent the pasta from sticking to each other;

3. The amount of water used when cooking the noodles must be enough, do not add water halfway;

4. If you choose normal-thick pasta, the cooking time needs to be increased appropriately.
