Tempeh Custard

1. Take two eggs, beat and filter

2. Add some cold water

3. Put the plastic wrap on the bowl and put it in a steamer that has boiled water and steam for ten minutes

4. In the process of steaming eggs, take appropriate amount of tempeh and chop finely

5. Also chop the green onion and garlic, my garlic and green onions are chopped a bit big, and chop the tempeh, shallots and garlic.

6. Put some oil in the hot pot

7. Add the chopped tempeh and garlic and stir fry until fragrant

8. Put a spoonful of oil, then thicken and stir well

9. I forgot to take the steamed custard after it came out of the pot. I just poured the fried tempeh and garlic juice on the steamed custard, put some sesame oil, and chopped green onions, and served the tempeh custard.

Tips:

Both tempeh and fuel consumption have a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt. I made tempeh custard for the first time, but it didn’t look good. I will continue to work hard next time, but it tastes good~~~
